Detailed Itinerary

Day 1-Kampala / Entebbe – Queen Elizabeth National Park

Depart Kampala or Entebbe in the morning and begin the scenic journey toward western Uganda. The drive passes rolling countryside, tea plantations, and traditional rural landscapes.

Arrive in Queen Elizabeth National Park in time for lunch at your lodge. In the afternoon, enjoy your first game drive across the Kasenyi plains, one of the park’s prime wildlife viewing areas, known for elephants, buffalo, Uganda kob, and lions.

Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 2 Game Drive & Kazinga Channel Boat Safari

Early morning game drive through the savannah plains when wildlife is most active. This is an excellent opportunity to spot predators returning from their nocturnal hunts as well as large herds of antelope and elephant.

Return to the lodge for breakfast and relaxation.

In the afternoon, embark on a boat safari along the Kazinga Channel, a natural waterway connecting Lake Edward and Lake George. This cruise offers one of the best wildlife viewing experiences in East Africa, with large concentrations of hippos, crocodiles, elephants, buffalo, and numerous water birds gathering along the shoreline.

Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 3 – Queen Elizabeth National Park – Kampala / Entebbe

After breakfast, depart the park and begin the return journey to Kampala or Entebbe.

En route, stop at the Equator for photographs and optional souvenir shopping before continuing to your hotel or the airport for onward travel.
