Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 – Arrival in Kigali

Arrival at Kigali International Airport with VIP meet-and-greet assistance. Private transfer to a boutique luxury hotel in the capital.

Depending on arrival time, optional visit to local artisan markets or the Kigali Genocide Memorial for cultural context and reflection.

Overnight in Kigali.

Day 2 – Kigali to Volcanoes National Park

Scenic drive (or optional helicopter transfer) to Volcanoes National Park.

Check into a luxury lodge overlooking the Virunga Mountains. Afternoon at leisure to acclimatize, enjoy a nature walk, or relax with panoramic volcanic views.

Overnight near Volcanoes National Park.

Day 3 – Gorilla Trekking in Rwanda

Early morning briefing before trekking into the rainforest with expert trackers.

Spend one hour observing a habituated mountain gorilla family in their natural habitat — a powerful and deeply moving wildlife encounter.

Return to the lodge for relaxation or spa treatments.

Overnight near Volcanoes National Park.

Day 4 – Transfer to Bwindi, Uganda

Private transfer across the border into Uganda, driving through terraced hills and rural landscapes toward Bwindi Impenetrable National Park.

Check into a secluded forest lodge. Afternoon at leisure or optional guided forest walk.

Overnight in Bwindi.

Day 5 – Gorilla Trekking in Uganda

Day 6 – Return to Kigali & Departure
